The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and evaluating healthcare staff, promoting patient-centered care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote patient-centered care and improve patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of healthcare projects and initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
