About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Developer to join our development team at Riskdata S.A. in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interface of our new financial software dedicated to risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • UI Development: Develop the main components of the user interface, including user authentication, data visualization, configuration components, reporting interfaces, and administration boards.
  • Component Development: Create reusable, maintainable, and well-tested components to ensure easy evolution of the system.
  • Design and Performance: Make design proposals and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and ease of use of the interface, with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Responsive Design: Design a responsive user interface that fits laptops and tablets.
Team Collaboration

Our development team uses Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and you will participate in scrum meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning. Your opinions will have a significant impact on the development of the project, and you will contribute to the choice of technical solutions.

Technical Requirements
  • Web Framework: Experience with at least one web framework, such as Aurelia, AngularJs, or Angular 2.0.
  • UX Design: Good understanding of UX design and best practices.
  • UI Design: Ability to create and propose UI designs.
  • REST API: Experience working with REST API.
  • Agile Development: Knowledge of Agile development practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Mockup/Design Tools: Experience with mockup/design tools.
  • Web Application Unit Testing: Knowledge of web application unit testing and unit testing best practices.
  • PaaS Deployment: Experience with deployment on PaaS (heroku, cloudfoundry, or equivalent).
  • ES6: Familiarity with ES6.
  • Financial Buy-Side Business: Basic understanding of financial buy-side business logic and clients' stakes.
