About the Role
Sidel is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, starting, and testing Sidel equipment on client sites, as well as providing technical assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, start, and test Sidel equipment on client sites
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients during and after the warranty period
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on Sidel equipment
- Ensure compliance with Sidel's safety and quality standards
- Report to management and technical support teams after each intervention
Requirements
- Technical degree (Bac +2/+3) in a relevant field (mechanical, automation, mechatronics, etc.)
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of Sidel equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French and English
