About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2D/3D Motion Designer to join our creative team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand messages to life through creative and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Design and create 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects that captivate our audience and drive engagement.
  • Synchronize visuals with audio and voiceover tracks to create immersive experiences.
  • Prepare all animation elements for compositing, including delivering in set formats.
  • Maintain consistency and coherence in design elements across all projects.
  • Enhance animation with special effects at the post-production stage.
  • Manage video creation from concept to storyboarding to animation.
  • Conceptualize, visualize, and storyboard scripts, animations, and visual images for custom explainer videos.
  • Integrate images and characters into background graphics.
  • Produce a variety of animated/motion graphics.
  • Modify and/or rework existing motion graphic assets.
  • Ensure all animations and motion graphics are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • At least two years of professional 2D/3D motion graphics/animation experience.
  • Excellent command of the Adobe package with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Ability to create and execute multiple projects at the same time and turn 3D designs around within a small window of time with minimal errors.
  • Knowledge of the following tools and software: Cinema4D, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, Premier.
  • Strong knowledge of basic animation principles.
  • Ability to follow style guidelines.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to solve challenges.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on suggestions and input.
  • Self-motivated to do great work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive communication skills, positive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Open-minded, innovative, creative, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in creating infographics is a desired skill.
  • Ability to visualize abstract concepts.
  • Drawing ability, artistic mindset.
