Position: Technical Officer for Road Infrastructure Maintenance
Organization: The Directorate of Road Infrastructure, serving the City of Rennes and Rennes Metropolis, is dedicated to the planning and upkeep of roadways and associated facilities, including thoroughfares, bridges, illumination systems, signage, traffic management, and parking regulations.
This organization is structured into central services and four distinct road infrastructure platforms strategically located across the metropolitan region.
The Rennes road infrastructure platform encompasses three branches situated in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and oversee maintenance operations and minor road infrastructure projects executed internally in the Northwest sector of Rennes.
- Lead the teams at the La Lande Touzard road infrastructure branch while fulfilling the role of prevention assistant.
- Organize interventions while ensuring adherence to deadlines, safety protocols, effective coordination, and clear communication regarding ongoing works.
- Administer specific public procurement contracts for the supplies and services necessary for internal operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in road infrastructure.
Strong writing abilities and proficiency in digital tools are essential.
A foundational understanding of public procurement processes would be beneficial.
