Position Title: Youth Engagement Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individual and group activities across various domains such as culture, sports, arts, educational support, and enhancement of the living environment to inspire and motivate young individuals.
• Provide personalized assistance (such as tutoring) and group initiatives aimed at supporting academic endeavors or encouraging youth engagement within their communities.
• Recognize and promote local events and activities organized by community partners.
• Guide young individuals in recreational pursuits to foster independence.
• Coordinate artistic, athletic, and cultural events involving adolescents and their families to strengthen parent-child relationships.

Candidate Profile:

• No formal qualifications necessary.
• No prior experience required.
• Driver's license is not a prerequisite.
• Essential skills include: enthusiasm for group facilitation and educational support, solid educational background, interpersonal skills, energy, teamwork capability, and suitability for working with minors.

Training Opportunities:

• Relevant training will be provided in relation to the role.
• Participation in mandatory civic and citizenship training.
• Two days off for every month of service.
