Embark on a dynamic journey with Pernod Ricard's Global Tech team, shaping the future of the Wine & Spirits industry with cutting-edge technology. As a Global Tech - R&D Product Owner, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions, driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Demand Management: Gather new demands, translate them into features, and prioritize product backlog to ensure delivery of business value.
- Backlog Management: Manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, steer and drive squad delivery, and facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision definition, lead the product build, and manage agile squad delivery.
- Product Catalog Management: Ensure latest version and consistency between product & service catalog and overall product portfolio.
- Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability, and report on actual resource utilization.
- ITFM: Provide product roadmap and backlog, squad's resource needs forecast, and oversee overall funding of scope.
- Strategic Thinking: Value-driven mindset, roadmap creation, and value monitoring.
- Expertise: Relevant product knowledge, deep understanding of business challenges in the domain.
- Complex Environment Management: Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments.
- Communication Skills: Ability to talk with both business & technical stakeholders.
- Product Management Experience: Strong experience in product management, product owner certification.
- Agile Mindset: Strong understanding of agile mindset & practices.
- Negotiation/Mediation Skills: Ability to negotiate and mediate.
