KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Public Relations and Influence Specialist, you will take charge of:
- Crafting and implementing PR and influencer marketing strategies for the France mass/masstige portfolio (including brands such as Bourjois, Rimmel, Adidas, and Sally Hansen) to enhance media visibility, digital presence, and foster positive consumer interactions. Strong leadership is essential in influencer initiatives while supporting the Head of PR in executing a comprehensive unpaid PR strategy that encompasses media relations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative PR strategies, leveraging global insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Managing editorial press and influencer marketing efforts.
- Organizing PR activations aimed at broadening outreach with relevant brand ambassadors.
- Coordinating local events for influencers and PR.
- Facilitating ambassador activations that complement paid marketing efforts.
- Developing calendars and local activation timelines.
Working in close partnership with Digital and Media teams (both local and global) to ensure cohesive coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms. Overseeing daily budget management and supplier payments. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on monthly media coverage results, extracting key insights to refine brand strategies. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competitor activities and trends within the beauty sector.
