Nutrition Product Formulation Expert Leader

We are seeking an experienced Nutrition Product Formulation Specialist to join our team at our Louverné Campus (53) in France. As a project leader, you will be responsible for defining and organizing formulation activities, interacting with various departments, and guaranteeing compliance with regulations.

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and creating formulation activities, prioritizing tasks in liaison with the non-pharmaceutical development manager.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and innovations to propose sustainable products.
• Developing stable formulas with patentable packaging and monitoring stability studies.
• Managing laboratory equipment and proposing necessary investments.
• Maintaining quality documentation within your scope.
• Writing test reports, development reports, and galenic transfer reports in English.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• An engineering degree in animal nutrition or agri-food.
• Solid experience in formulating nutritional products for animals.
• Familiarity with raw materials, palatability, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing extruded formulas.
• A good command of Microsoft Office and proficiency in writing in English.
