We are seeking a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Reliability Engineer to become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform failure analysis to improve system reliability;
  • Offer technical assistance to maintenance and production teams;
  • Evaluate total ownership costs for informed investment choices;
  • Analyze data from diverse sources to drive improvements;
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability;
  • Support engineering efforts for new projects;
  • Manage the identification of spare parts;
  • Supervise reliability and improvement projects;
  • Develop maintenance strategies to ensure equipment longevity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical maintenance engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in process-related industries;
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with some familiarity in Electrical & Instrumentation;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project and budget management;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as AMDEC, PHA, Lean, and Six Sigma;
  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and AutoCAD 2D.
