We are seeking a Global Application Consultant - Investigation Leader for a permanent position within our Global Customer Service – Microbiology Investigation Unit.
You will report directly to the Investigation Unit Manager (Microbiology) and collaborate with a dedicated team of 14 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced technical support (L2) to distributors and subsidiaries concerning our microbiology solutions, including PPM, E-TEST, and VITEK MS PRIME.
- Lead investigations and facilitate necessary meetings with subject matter experts.
- Record complaints in Trackwise Digital and document investigations as required.
- Compose responses for customers and the Vigilance department.
- Analyze trends related to the product lines under your responsibility.
- Participate in internal or external audits as a representative.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology , preferably with a focus on microbiology .
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, such as application specialist in the field or within a call center.
- Experience ideally gained in the IVD sector , particularly in microbiology laboratories or hospitals .
- Strong understanding of laboratory environments and workflows .
- Familiarity with IT systems , including interconnectivity and integration with Laboratory Information Systems.
- Proficient in English ; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven leadership abilities and capacity to persuade and build trust with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills , a strong team spirit , and a synthetic and analytical mindset .
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Self-driven and able to respond swiftly to emergencies.
- Capable of managing priorities and maintaining commitments.
- Enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
