Job Title: Event Marketing Associate

Job Overview

- Execute strategic commercial initiatives aligned with organizational goals and performance targets.
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships along with sponsor affiliations.
- Conduct market outreach with an emphasis on contractual arrangements.
- Aid clients in enhancing and promoting their event participation.
- Formulate and negotiate commercial proposals and financial plans.
- Efficiently manage and leverage client databases.
- Track performance indicators and deliver consistent updates to the sales team.
- Collaborate with communication teams to finalize promotional materials.
- Assist in processing invoices for receivables.

Qualifications

- Prior successful internship experience in event marketing, particularly within professional exhibitions.
- Eagerness to contribute to the advancement of the 'Collectivities' sector.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.
- Willingness to travel for events.
