Le Commercial Development Manager France & South agit en accord avec les directives du groupe en adaptant son approche au marché local pour augmenter la part de marché de Lineas.

L'objectif de ce poste est de développer le segment commercial sur la zone sud de France en termes de revenus et contribution, en traduisant les besoins, opportunités et menaces du marché en un plan d'action concret pour les produits existants et nouveaux, en acquérant de nouveaux clients, en se concentrant sur le report modal.

L'atteinte des objectifs de développement sera déterminante dans la réussite dans la fonction.

Quelles sont vos fonctions?

Stratégie commerciale

  • Anticiper les évolutions et tendances du marché, réaliser un diagnostic stratégique du marché
  • Participer à l'élaboration d'un business plan
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients pour assurer un objectif croissant et de développement du CA sur la zone géographique définie
  • Participer aux projets de report modal

Relation Client

  • Suivre les grands comptes de votre portefeuille (revue de performance, KPI, préfacturation)
  • Ouvrir de nouvelles relations pour développer l'activité (conventionnel et intermodal)
  • Créer des partenariats stratégiques avec les clients pour développer un plan de croissance
  • Participer à l'élaboration des offres commerciales alignées avec les directives Groupe et les collègues internationaux, et négocier les accords commerciaux
  • Participer aux événements clients (Salons, conférence, suivi mensuel...)

Gestion de projets et de processus

  • Créer et appliquer des plans d'action pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie
  • Assurer la coordination avec les services opérationnels
  • Réaliser et interpréter les indicateurs commerciaux pertinents (CA, Part de marché...)
  • Améliorer les processus actuels pour attirer plus de volumes

Quel est votre profil?

Formation commerciale supérieure avec expérience du secteur du transport et/ou ferroviaire

Expérience minimum de 5 ans à un poste similaire

Connaissance commerciale approfondie du secteur du transport et de la logistique Français

Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (l'allemand est un plus) - Contexte international

Personnalité de leader fortement orientée résultat et capable d'être force de proposition

Vous disposez d'une aisance relationnelle, d'une capacité d'écoute et d'analyse

Vous êtes porteur d'un sens du service clients fort et imaginatif pour optimiser des solutions individualisées performantes

Vous avez des aptitudes fines à négocier

Vous faites preuve d'une grande autonomie et d'une disponibilité suffisante pour assumer les nombreux déplacements à prévoir
