About the Position
The Marketing Products department is seeking a future stagiaire Assistant Product Manager for Food Service / Category Manager F/H for a duration of 6 months starting from September 2024 in its offices located at La Défense. Within the category management pole of the Marketing Areas Direction, you will assist the Category Manager on several brands in proprietary and/or franchise (Sushi shop, Pomme de pain, Bara...) in the Travel Retail sector (train stations, airports, highways):
Responsibilities
- Coordination & management of product ranges - You analyze the performance of product mixes from different brands in your area of responsibility.
- You participate in the development and implementation of new product ranges and animations on the brands.
- You work with the head chef to create new recipes on proprietary brands.
- You prepare cash register programming for points of sale.
- You manage field feedback and link with other services.
Process & Project Management
- You ensure compliance with retroplannings, launch of cards and animations.
- You work closely with other services (purchasing, information systems) and other marketing poles (PLV...).
About the Profile Sought
You are preparing a BAC+5 degree in a business school or equivalent and wish to join a dynamic team. Experience in the food service industry or in the food industry would be an asset. You have a strong interest in the food service sector. A true project manager, you know how to work on several projects simultaneously, you are comfortable with financial analysis and demonstrate a high level of rigor and reactivity. You have a good knowledge of the Pack Office tool (particularly Excel). Our little 'pluses':
