Job Description

Amer Sports, the parent company of Salomon, is seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Campaign Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global CRM campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency across touchpoints
  • Design, set up, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage relational channels for mobile devices, including SMS and push notifications
  • Lead Regional Direct Marketing initiatives for North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Create and deliver global CRM guidelines and train Regional Digital Marketing teams
  • Work with the global Data & Analytics team to define audience strategy and consumer segments
  • Lead projects related to global CRM platform and template management
  • Maintain global CRM program engagement KPIs and develop a continuous test and learn agenda
Requirements
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty, or related fields
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to inspire and communicate
  • Flexible project management style with ability to adapt in an international environment
  • Foreign languages: written and oral English fluency required; other languages a plus
