At 25hours Hotel Das Tour, we're looking for a skilled Concept Store Employee to join our eclectic team. As a Concept Store Team Member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the lobby store, ensuring it's always up-to-date and visually appealing to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the concept store in the lobby of our hotel up-to-date and ensure a positive first impression for our guests.
  • Ensure goods are well-positioned and presented to maximize sales.
  • Advise guests on-site and take suggestions for new products.
  • Take care of new goods, process orders, and coordinate inventory management.
  • Carry out inventories and compile sales statistics.
  • Assist colleagues at reception during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in the hotel industry or relevant work experience.
  • Interest in local products and staying up-to-date with current trends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
