The Restaurant Marcon *** stands out for its exceptional wine cellar, focused on the Rhone Valley, enriched over the past 40 years with over 20,000 bottles, including rare and exceptional vintages.

Under the guidance of our experienced sommelier, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the service, ensuring a unique experience from aperitif to digestif, including wine and food pairings and hot beverage service.

You will assist in adapting the service to meet the needs of each shift.

You will participate in regular wine tastings to refine your expertise and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
