We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our local trade policies, guidelines, and instructions are aligned with corporate and business area regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive export control and customs compliance awareness program for local business staff, ensuring that all employees understand their delegated responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the Chief Trade Compliance Officer, Information Systems management, and local Business management to optimize the use of SAP's Global Trade Services (GTS) compliance and customs modules.
- Validate the accuracy of financial data and business information through reconciliations and review of exceptions, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, in English, French, and Spanish.
