Nuclear Project Coordinator

CERAP UK is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Project Coordinator to support our team working with a client in Jeumont, France, with a 3-day week commitment in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring of manufacturing and procurement progress, schedule review, and identification of prerequisite documents.
• Report project information on schedule, quality, and cost issues.
• Support the Project Manager in identifying open points, characterizing project risks, proposing mitigation plans, and monitoring action plans.
• Manage the LOD (documentary database) and NCR (Non-Conformity Report) overview in support of the PM.
• Implement a notification process and create weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Deliver projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment, ensuring high levels of safety, security, and environmental responsibility within the Nuclear Energy sector.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and advisors throughout large and complex construction projects in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrate experience in managing projects through the lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Possess good presentation, influencing, and facilitation skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
