Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance Officer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation
- Develop, review, and update cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are implemented effectively across the organization.
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess cybersecurity risks to our clients' data and systems.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential threats.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure our clients' data is protected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with our legal team to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
- Training and Awareness
- Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
- Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization.
- Incident Response and Reporting
- Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to cybersecurity incidents.
- Provide regular reporting to management on cybersecurity performance and incident response activities.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or a related field.
- Certifications
- ISO 27001, ISO 27005, or EBIOS Risk Manager certification is highly desirable.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
