Change Implementation Specialist

As a Change Analyst at Altrad, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation of the FNICAP Change Management Plan. Your key responsibility will be to ensure that all stakeholders involved in the process are kept up to date with progress on all submitted changes.
Main Responsibilities- Support the implementation and ongoing review of the FNICAP Change Management Plan to ensure a structured approach to change management.
- Ensure the Change Register is accurately maintained and reflects the current status of changes within the project.
- Monitor project changes to close-out, ensuring any outstanding issues are progressed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the management of the Change Committee, fostering collaboration and effective decision-making.
- Present metrics to the Senior Project Team regarding changes within the project on a regular basis.
- Identify trends in submitted changes and highlight these to the Senior Project Team for review.
- Maintain effective liaison with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Regularly review the Project Portfolio on the CEMAR Contract Management Software Package to stay informed.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships, build credibility, and challenge others to achieve a common vision.
- Collaborative mindset, with resilience and tenacity to achieve targets.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with a commercial understanding of project management.
- Desirable: Change Management certification and knowledge of HMNB Clyde and its operating environment.
- Understanding of the CEMAR Contract Management Software Tool and the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract.
