Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
