The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital learning, and community management. They will be responsible for animating the European DLM community, designing and implementing digital learning solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital learning strategies to support business objectives
- Design and deliver engaging digital learning content to enhance the learning experience
- Manage and maintain digital learning platforms and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, digital learning, and community management
- Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and tools
