Conseil départemental de la Haute-Marne is seeking a dedicated and skilled Culinary Specialist to contribute to our dynamic food service operations.
As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality meals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from meal preparation and service to inventory management and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to our patrons.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP protocols to ensure food safety.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and monitor stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation regulations.
- Identify and report any potential issues or concerns related to food quality or service.
- Demonstrated culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to food handling and safety.
