E-RTG Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-RTG Maintenance Manager to join our team in Guadeloupe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of the e-RTG equipment in a cost-effective manner. This includes maintaining the electrical infrastructure, setting up maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with QHSSE rules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in maintaining RTG's and a proven track record of minimizing equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure global and local QHSSE rules are consistently applied and followed
Maintain the electrical infrastructure (substations) of the terminal
Set in place the maintenance plan for the E-RTG fleet and implement it in the CMMS
Ensure maintenance plan is complied with
Ensure CMMS is properly updated and managed
Minimizes equipment downtime in support of operations by responding quickly to breakdown situations when applicable
Creates and educates teams to methodically trouble shoot all the e-RTG equipment
Ensures that the respective teams carry out planned (preventive and corrective) maintenance on equipment and contribute to continuous improvements on the machines and processes.
Requirements
Master's degree in (Electric) Engineering with 5 years Engineering experience or
Bachelor's degree in (Electric) Engineering with 10 years Engineering experience
A minimum of 2 years maintaining RTG's with in-depth knowledge of such machines
