Vestas, a leading international company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Optimization Specialist to join our team in La Reunion. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maximum capacity of our wind turbines, contributing to a decarbonized future.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize wind turbine performance through curative maintenance, adhering to Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of wind turbines and control various elements at all stages of intervention.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines.

Qualifications

  • BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification, preferably with BZEE certification.
  • 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electricity, with knowledge of high voltage.
  • Technical English proficiency (written/spoken) and familiarity with the Office Pack.

  • Excellent customer communication skills, motivated, autonomous, results-oriented, innovative, and mobile for trips.
  • Good communication, team spirit, and a solid commitment to safety in the work environment.
