Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Globalization Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in enabling our engineering teams to localize our products for diverse languages and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop tools and processes to support localization efforts across the organization
  • Implement services and user interfaces that can be deployed across multiple projects
  • Focus on solutions for the consistent internationalization of user interfaces and APIs
  • Localize operations for various technologies and information systems
  • Identify and mitigate risks to translations due to engineering shortcuts and language asymmetry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript (NodeJS & React)
  • Experience with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control (git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for linguistic, cultural, and jurisdictional issues in software development
  • Proficiency in at least one language in addition to English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
