Middle Office Manager for Private Markets

In the capacity of Middle Office Manager for Private Markets, you will join a specialized team dedicated to managing private assets within the Wealth & Asset Management sector. Your role will encompass the oversight of non-listed investments, management of feeder and dedicated funds under Rothschild & Co Asset Management, and the monitoring of fundraising activities and subscriptions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing fund operations: financial transactions, portfolio assessments, periodic reporting, and performance evaluations
- Executing specific tasks: transfers and operations concerning master/dedicated fund shares
- Facilitating onboarding and subscriptions: KYC processes, subscription validation, and investor registration
- Collaborating with General Partners of master funds
- Analyzing financial statements: liaising with depositories and conducting additional analyses for investor relations
- Coordinating efforts among valuers, auditors, Middle Office, and depository
- Preparing for account assessment committees and reporting
- Supporting the team in addressing various inquiries from private bankers and clients, as well as developing monitoring tools for activities
- Supervising and mentoring a team member and potential interns
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in private equity, private banking, or asset management
- A solid understanding of the non-listed asset sector, Private Banking, or financial management
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal and external clients
- Fluency in English and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
