Job Description

Role Overview

The Animateur/trice 62 will be responsible for coordinating and implementing pedagogical projects, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and contributing to the overall success of the UFCV organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development
    • Participate in the development of pedagogical projects, ensuring alignment with UFCV's goals and objectives.
    • Propose innovative animation projects that meet the needs of the target audience.
  • Activity Coordination
    • Coordinate and lead activities for participants, ensuring a safe and engaging experience.
    • Assure the physical and moral safety of participants, and contribute to the overall well-being of the group.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with the UFCV team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
    • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on the activities and programs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • BAFA degree or equivalent.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Dynamism and enthusiasm.
  • Experience
    • Experience in animation and youth work, preferably in a collective childcare setting.
Working Conditions

The Animateur/trice 62 will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The position involves working with children and adults, and requires a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

The UFCV organization offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a daily rate of 65€ brut + 1 prime de préparation.
