About the Role:
We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team at KFC.
As a Community Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Content Creation:
- Developing engaging content to showcase our brand and values
- Creating and publishing content across various channels
Community Engagement:
- Managing and moderating online communities
- Responding to customer inquiries and feedback
Analytics and Reporting:
- Tracking and analyzing community engagement metrics
- Providing regular reports on community performance
Other Responsibilities:
- Identifying and addressing customer concerns
- Conducting online surveys and research
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be an asset.
