Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to spearhead our Agile initiatives at Believe, a prominent player in the digital music industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding teams through the adoption and enhancement of Agile practices within a Hybrid framework, ensuring the delivery of superior products and services. Your leadership will be crucial in the rollout of Agile methodologies throughout the organization, offering training, coaching, and mentorship to various teams.
- Oversee the Agile and Hybrid transformation initiatives.
- Deliver training and coaching on Agile concepts and tools.
- Guide teams to cultivate high-performance dynamics.
- Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies and synchronize practices with stakeholders.
- Assess and refine Agile processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage cultural and organizational shifts to ensure effective Agile integration.
- Develop metrics to evaluate the success of Agile implementation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile principles.
- Commitment to ongoing improvement and development.
