Job Title: Radio Network Advance Optimization Engineer

Job Type: Employee or Contractor

Location: Paris or hybrid from France

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Network Advance Optimization Engineer to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced radio network optimization solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced radio network optimization strategies to improve network performance and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex radio network optimization projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of network data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted optimization plans.
  • Implement and test optimization solutions to ensure they meet performance and quality requirements.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of 4G/5G parameters strategy setting and features activation.
  • Proficiency in E2E optimization delivery process.
  • Expertise with multi-vendor optimization tools.
  • Able to do complex RF troubleshooting, low throughput/MOS issue/high drop call rate, etc., on the network level.
  • Able to propose new features to solve high-level issues.
  • Able to do advanced drive test log analysis E2E trace analysis for 2G, 3G, VoLTE, LTE Data.
  • Deep knowledge in VoLTE/Data optimization.
  • Has very good knowledge in features implementations.
  • Able to deliver super large-scale network and complex E2E optimization projects.
  • Has very good knowledge in VoLTE technology to solve E2E VoLTE issues.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical details and E2E optimization solutions to high-level customers.
  • Able to fully lead the E2E optimization activity for a complex delivery project, being the primary point of contact for the on-site delivery team.
  • Benchmark experience is a must.
  • Familiar with Huawei tools (U2000, UNET, OMSTAR, P&A, Probe, assistance, etc.).
