About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team at RESO FRANCE. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their stay with us. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and checking in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process;

  • Providing information on local attractions, services, and amenities;

  • Managing room assignments and key distribution;

  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner;

  • Preparing and processing guest bills and payments;

  • Upselling and promoting our hotel's services and amenities;

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • A strong customer service focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Proficiency in English and another language is an asset;

  • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service;

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
