We are seeking a seasoned Department Manager to drive the success of our Women RTW & Shoes department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing merchandising, stock, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the department's business, achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
- Monitor performance and implement improvement plans to drive business growth.
- Manage a team of 5-8 people, including a Junior Department Manager for the Shoes category.
- Analyze business metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
- Ensure merchandise is well managed and displayed, aligning with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and implement processes to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet objectives, providing regular feedback and training sessions.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in fashion/luxury sales, with a strong background in team and business management.
- Fluent in French and English, with additional language skills a plus.
- Strong selling, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Organized, confident, and professional, with a passion for fashion and luxury sales.
- Proficient in computer skills and retail management systems, with a strong business acumen.
