**Job Summary**

OEMServices is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Technical Support department as a Warranty Claims Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation, administration, and management of warranty claims globally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our Supply Chain department to process and handle warranty claims on customer components.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met and negotiate quotes as needed.
  • Monitor and manage daily warranty queues, ensuring each claim is resolved efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with Supply Chain, Account Management, and Technical Support departments to understand and execute contract entitlement claims.
  • Communicate effectively with OEMServices stakeholders to identify part failures and reliability issues.
  • Compile, analyze, and file warranty claims related to transportation and labor, as well as performance guarantee claims related to missed Repair Turnaround Time (TAT), GDMC, Repair and Replace, and GMTBUR.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure 100% of warranty and guarantee opportunities are fulfilled, with an annual budget of +10M USD.
  • Develop performance metrics for the department.
  • Drive the evolution of good practices in warranty management and share best practices within the company.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
