About the Role
Veepee is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and compensation best practices to ensure our salary practices are competitive and relevant.
- Manage and monitor annual salary reviews, ensuring that all employees are fairly compensated and that our compensation programs are aligned with our business objectives.
- Calculate employee remuneration elements, including bonuses, 13th-month pay, and collective bonuses, to ensure that our employees are fairly rewarded for their contributions.
- Participate in data collection and analysis of annual salary surveys to inform our compensation decisions.
- Advise and support Managers and HR Managers in their compensation decisions, including recruitment, promotions, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure data compliance in our Workday HRIS system.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, ideally in an international company.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and make informed decisions.
- Perfect command of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and ideally knowledge of the Workday HRIS.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal contacts.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a must.
