We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager of the Night Shift to join our team at Hôpital de Poissy-Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the night shift healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of night shift healthcare staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Diplôme d'État cadre de santé (State Diploma in Healthcare Management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
The successful candidate will work a 10-hour shift (21h-07h) on a 32.5-hour weekly basis, including weekends and public holidays. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the hospital.
