**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our Service team in Montmélian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring the maintenance and repair of their material handling equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients in your designated area, providing expert technical support and guidance.
  • Represent the Toyota Material Handling brand with professionalism and integrity.
  • Advise clients on the maintenance and repair of their equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnostic services.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze technical issues and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present quotes for repair services, taking into account client needs and constraints.
  • Identify and repair or replace faulty equipment components.
  • Recognize opportunities for additional services and propose tailored solutions to clients.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Maintenance of Public Works and Handling Equipment or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the industrial, heavy machinery, or material handling sectors.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive compensation package, including 24 days of paid time off per year and a meal allowance of €17.50 per day worked.
