Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As an Instrument Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our oil and gas production installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all instrumentation and control systems operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide daily assistance to the production team during startup and troubleshooting of production problems.
- Organize and coordinate maintenance operations on site.
- Assist the planning team in preparing jobs and providing technical support.
- Work with specialists under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC) to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with COMPANY's HSE regulations and approved operating procedures.
- Manage interventions using the CMMS and check intervention reports.
- Monitor the functioning of utilities and equipment.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and mentoring within the team.
- Carry out interventions as requested by the COMPANY.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC or equivalent).
- Proven experience on instrumentation and control systems equipment.
- Calibration of gauges and pressure safety valves.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
- SAP/R3 experience and know-how.
- Physical ability to work on offshore installations.
- Working language: English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent).
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French and Portuguese recommended.
