About the Job

We are seeking a Responsable d'Affaires Électricité Tertiaire (Electrical Systems Manager) to join our team in Cluses (74). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of electrical works on our projects in the tertiary sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the site: establish the objective, plan the resources, and conduct studies, launch the works meeting...
  • Manage the supplies on site
  • Supervise the site managers
  • Manage the mobilized staff
  • Establish the planning and follow its progress
  • Perform the accounting and financial management of the sites
  • Manage the regulatory obligations
  • Participate in the drafting of subcontracting contracts and follow up on their execution
  • Manage the client relationship
  • Ensure the respect of the safety rules on site
  • Establish the complementary estimates
  • Define the testing and reception protocols on the sites
  • Close the site

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Electrical Engineering (Licence, Master, or Engineer's degree) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in high-altitude construction sites would be an asset. You should have strong management skills and be able to position yourself as the primary interlocutor for our demanding clients. Rigor, organization, and technical expertise in electrical engineering are essential for success in this role.
