Job Title: Global Solutions Architect, EMEA AutoMfg SA Tier

We are seeking an experienced Global Solutions Architect to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our automotive industry clients.

As a Global Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and technology challenges. You will then use your expertise to architect customized solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve leading discussions to shape a customer's long-term technology strategy and guiding them on trade-offs between short-term fixes and extensible, scalable solutions.

You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions leveraging both technical expertise and business acumen. You will drive consensus across multiple teams to deliver impactful solutions and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate implementation through reusable components, parallel workstreams, etc.

You will also share knowledge by developing technical content like sample code, presentations, workshops to exemplify best practices and educate customers. Additionally, you will drive product innovation by gathering customer feedback, translating needs into clear requirements, and partnering with product teams through development.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will resolve complex technical problems through root cause analysis, both for customers and internally. You will contribute to strategic planning, recruit/develop talent, build team consensus, and provide guidance to more junior solutions architects.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
