Your Role: As a Sales Administration Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the commercial department, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding their order status and proactively address any potential issues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless flow of information, fostering customer loyalty.
- Handle disputes efficiently by compiling necessary documentation and implementing corrective measures.
Collaboration: You will work within the Sales Administration team, engaging with various departments including sales, technical support, and logistics to optimize customer service delivery.
