Job Title: Group Strategic Planning Intern

Are you a master's degree student in Business School or IAE, or a Business-oriented Engineer School graduate with a passion for strategic consultancy and business analytics? Do you have at least 6 months of experience in strategic consultancy and/or business analytics fields? If so, we invite you to apply for our Group Strategic Planning Internship at Pernod Ricard.

About the Role

As a Group Strategic Planning Intern, you will be part of our Strategy & Insights team, working closely with our Strategic Planning Managers to develop and deploy strategic marketing and sales solutions for the Group. Your key missions will include:

  • Elaborating strategic analyses and recommendations to inform strategic arbitrations at the group level
  • Supporting the team in building the next strategic planning process to optimize and secure the Group's future growth trajectory
  • Working on three key topics: Business Cases, Group's next strategic plan framing, and Strategic Planning Community animation
Responsibilities

As a Group Strategic Planning Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering business analytics and competitive intelligence to enlighten decision-making
  • Improving tracking tools through performance and status follow-up monitoring on the group's strategic battlegrounds
  • Supporting Strategic Planning Managers in coordinating strategic streams and preparing recommendations for key business arbitrations
  • Contribution to the coordination and animation of a global strategic planning network within Brand Companies and Management Entities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A master's degree in Business School or IAE, or a Business-oriented Engineer School graduate
  • At least 6 months of experience in strategic consultancy and/or business analytics fields
  • An excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Advanced level of the Office Pack
  • Strong curiosity, dynamism, and proactivity
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be open-minded
  • Rigorous, flexible, and autonomous
