Secondary School Administrator

The Aga Khan Academies seeks a highly skilled and experienced Secondary School Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school, including staff supervision, student welfare, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in school administration, including staff supervision and student welfare.
• Support the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Organize and coordinate school events and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in secondary school administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
