JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW
Scheduling and Coverage Management:
- Coordinate and enhance the timetable for home visits
- Manage substitutions as required
Human Resources and Administrative Functions:
- Recruitment: post job openings, develop and monitor a candidate database
- Assist staff throughout their employment journey (contracts, health assessments, leave, disciplinary actions...)
Client and Employee Support:
- Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and families to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Support the agency director during their absence or travel as needed
