JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator

ROLE OVERVIEW

Scheduling and Coverage Management:

  • Coordinate and enhance the timetable for home visits
  • Manage substitutions as required

Human Resources and Administrative Functions:

  • Recruitment: post job openings, develop and monitor a candidate database
  • Assist staff throughout their employment journey (contracts, health assessments, leave, disciplinary actions...)

Client and Employee Support:

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and families to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Support the agency director during their absence or travel as needed
