Job Title: Payroll Implementation Specialist

CloudPay is seeking an experienced French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational processing of the French implementation payrolls alongside existing CloudPay resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from all relevant CloudPay departments
  • Reconciliation of pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll
  • Research of discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
  • Maintenance of payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
  • Analysis of payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
  • Data input in line with French legislation
  • Assistance in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfully
  • Partnering with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations
  • Support of parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement
  • Support of the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed
  • Support of the Operation team following the customer change setting requests, sharing experiences to raise and improve the France team knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential
  • Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting
  • Business software experience required: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Google Apps
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in implementation payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Cegedim TeamsRH software
  • Knowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience
  • Experience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management
  • Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
  • Assertive action and decision-making skills
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Forward thinking, able to plan and organise own workload
