Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled RCM Specialist to join our team at SPIE Global Services Energy. As a key member of our maintenance and operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and implementation of maintenance activities related to condition monitoring, plant control, and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform RCM activities, including analysis of failures, definition of equipment reliabilities, study of criticality of the equipment, MTBF/MTTR, failure rate, and recommendation of maintenance strategy.
  • Conduct RAM analysis to support maintenance and operations in compliance with COMPANY standards.
  • Develop and implement data-driven approaches to optimize spare parts and stock inventory, balancing cost-effectiveness with the need for timely replacements.
  • Ensure that maintenance operations are prepared in strict accordance with COMPANY's current safety rules and operating procedures.
  • Train offshore assistant personnel as required.

Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years' study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent.
  • Proven experience on conditional base maintenance and vibration monitoring equipment.
  • 5 years' experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
  • RCM activities: Analysis of failures, Definition of equipment reliabilities, Study of criticality of the equipment, MTBF/MTTR, failure rate, and Recommendation of maintenance strategy.
  • RAM Analysis: Perform reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies to support maintenance and operations in compliance with COMPANY standards.
  • SAP/R3 experience and know-how.
  • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of French and Portuguese language recommended.

Position Location

Offshore near Luanda.

Candidate Criteria

  • Minimum level of experience required: 10 years or more.
  • Required authorizations: BOSIET, Medical certificate, Training APAVE Elec certification: H0/B0.
  • Languages: English (D-Full professional proficiency), French (E-Native or bilingual proficiency), Portuguese (C-Professional working proficiency).
