Poste à pourvoir :
CRIT Solutions Emploi recherche un.e Superviseur de Production pour un remplacement suite à un départ à la retraite.
Responsabilités :
Rattaché.e au Responsable de production, vous aurez pour mission de superviser et d'optimiser les opérations de votre secteur tout en respectant les normes de qualité et les délais établis.
Vos missions s'articuleront autour de trois axes principaux :
1. Management :
° Encadrer les opérateurs de production
° Organiser et planifier les activités du personnel en fonction de la charge de travail
° Animer les réunions d'équipe et/ou les groupes de travail
° Définir les objectifs individuels et collectifs et évaluer les performances
° Réaliser les entretiens annuels de bilan et de développement
° Accueillir, intégrer et former les nouveaux collaborateurs tout en les accompagnant dans leur prise de poste
° Contribuer à maintenir un climat social positif
2. Gestion de l'activité :
° Planifier et répartir les ressources, ainsi que les moyens matériels et humains pour garantir la disponibilité des produits dans les délais impartis
° Superviser les opérations d'assemblage des équipements
° Remonter les informations concernant les dysfonctionnements et anomalies, et effectuer les demandes d'intervention pour la maintenance
3. Collaboration interservices :
° Apporter un soutien technique à l'équipe
° Informer son responsable de l'avancement des quantités produites
° Assurer la bonne circulation des informations au sein de l'atelier et la coordination avec les autres ateliers

Profil recherché :
- Expérience en management (idéalement 1 à 2 ans)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des processus de fabrication
- Connaissances générales sur les équipements frigorifiques ou formation technique (type électrotechnique)
- Bonne capacité d'écoute et d'apprentissage pour acquérir des compétences techniques spécifiques
- Compétences en leadership en adéquation avec les valeurs de l'entreprise
- Intégrité et exemplarité dans votre approche du travail
- Enthousiasme et goût du travail en équipe pour motiver et améliorer la performance globale de vos équipes
Conditions de travail :
- Temps complet (35 heures)
- Horaires : Du lundi au jeudi de 7h15 à 11h45 / 12h45 à 16h15 et le vendredi de 7h15 à 11h45
Type de contrat :
- Poste en Intérim évolutif vers un CDI.
