Order Processing Specialist

BioLogic GmbH, a leading global high-tech company based in Grenoble, France, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive - Order Processing & Letter of Credit. As a key member of our international team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage order processing, including order entry, documentation, and fulfilment.
- Oversee international logistics and customer payments, maintaining inventory efficiently and keeping stock details updated.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Negotiate with customer's purchase team regarding LC terms and conditions, incoterms, PO modifications.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in Order Processing, Trade Finance, or International Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily MS Excel.
- Proven experience in order processing, preferably in an international trade environment.
- Experience in Trade Finance and Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) will be a strong positive.
- Familiarity with INCO Terms 2020 and their application in international trade contracts.
- Strong understanding of international logistics practices and regulations.
