About the Role:
Airbus is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our Agile Release Train (ART) in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our My Portfolio and Project Management (MyPPM) Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT Product teams to develop, operate, and meet operational SLAs.
- Manage Continuous Release Management and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with End User Advocates to understand user needs and usage patterns.
- Translate product vision into a prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.
- Define chargeback models for IT Products/Applications or Services.
- Develop go-to-market plans for products and services.
- Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including budget allocation and risk identification.
- Operate within internal and external regulations, blending strategy, organization, and culture.
- Inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders.
- Handle conflicts and negotiations to optimize business outcomes.
- Define and develop product hierarchical objectives using appropriate strategies and tools.
- Engage stakeholders in governance to ensure efficient use of time and budget.
- Integrate processes and personnel from other functions within matrix organizations.
- Ensure effective assimilation of lessons learned and manage risks and opportunities.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Over 10 years of experience managing complex projects, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience in software development and customization is preferred.
- Drive change with entrepreneurship, innovation, and autonomy.
- Coordinate multi-functional teams and ensure collective achievements.
- Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of Portfolio and Project Management.

Salary Range:
Salary range based on the required profile: 55 to 60K€/year (including a variable part based on performance). Information provided as an indication.
